ECSE Department Head, Prof. John Wen, moderated a panel on "Innovation and Opportunities in Robotics" for the RAA Boston Chapter!

The RAA Boston Chapter hosted an interactive online discussion on “Innovation and Opportunities in Robotics," featuring a panel of alumni and alumnae leaders in the industry.

They discussed the trends, opportunities for growth, and the future of the industry with expert alumni and alumnae panelists including: Amy Villeneuve ’90, Board Director, Past President, and COO of Amazon Robotics; Zivthan Dubrovsky ’99, General Manager, iRobot and advisor to multiple robotics startups; Rory MacKean ’02, Co-Founder / COO, Franklin Robotics; and Tom Ryden, Executive Director, MassRobotics. The panel was moderated by John T. Wen, Ph.D., Head, Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering at Rensselaer.
